These Terms & Conditions apply to the 99db platform (www.99db.ws) and all associated services. By registering an account or using the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully accepted all of these terms.

99db is an online Sports Betting and gaming platform built specifically for Bangladeshi users. These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement.

These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time. In the event of any changes, we will notify you via your registered email or a platform notice. Continued use of the platform after such changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

If you disagree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, please discontinue use of the platform and contact our support team to close your account.

The following requirements must be met to register with 99db:

• You must be 18 years of age or older is required. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited.
• Each individual is limited to only One Account open. If multiple accounts are found, all will be closed and balances may be forfeited.
• All information provided at registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete.
• Accounts are for personal use only — use for commercial or third-party purposes is strictly prohibited.
• Your account password and login credentials must not be shared with anyone.

A valid mobile number and email address are required at registration. Certain features may be restricted until both are verified. 99db reserves the right to decline any application.

In accordance with international anti-money laundering regulations, 99db requires identity verification (Know Your Customer — KYC) for withdrawals above a certain amount. The following documents may be required during the KYC process:

• A clear photo of your National ID (NID) or passport
• Selfie (holding your photo ID)
• Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement)
• Payment method verification documents

KYC verification is typically completed within 1–3 business days. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until verification is complete. We store your personal information with the highest level of security and never share it with third parties.

For deposits:

• Minimum Deposit Amount: BDT 500
• Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly
• Use only mobile banking registered in your own name for deposits
• Payments in third-party names are not accepted and will be returned

For withdrawals:

• Minimum Withdrawal Amount: BDT 500
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same mobile banking number used for the deposit
• Your first withdrawal must be made using the same payment method as your deposit
• Withdrawals cannot be processed while an active bonus rollover remains incomplete

99db regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own specific terms, which should be read carefully before claiming. The general bonus rules are outlined below:

• Wagering Requirement: Most bonuses require a wagering rollover of 10–30x the bonus amount before any withdrawal can be made.
• Validity: Bonuses must generally be used within 7–30 days of being credited, or they will be forfeited.
• Multiple Bonuses: Two bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless specifically permitted.
• Bonus Limit: Each bonus offer can only be used once per person.
• Bet Type: Some bonuses apply only to specific games or bets meeting a minimum odds requirement.

99db reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus at any time. If bonus abuse or fraudulent activity is detected, the bonus will be voided and the account will be closed.

The following rules are strictly enforced when placing bets on 99db:

• Once a bet is confirmed Cannot be changed or cancelled, however it may be used under specific conditions if the cash-out feature is active.
• If a match is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, 99db reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• Odds move fast in live betting. The odds at the moment your bet is confirmed are final.
• Placing bets on opposing outcomes of the same event across multiple accounts (arbitrage betting) is strictly prohibited.

Betting limits may vary by event and market. For high-value wagers, 99db may initiate additional verification procedures.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 99db. If detected, the account will be immediately terminated:

• Creating an account under a false identity or in someone else's name
• Operating multiple accounts
• Using multiple identities to abuse bonuses
• Placing bets using any software, bots, or automated systems
• Exploiting technical errors or glitches on the platform
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds
• Harassing or defrauding other users
• Attempting to hack any part of the platform

99db reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause in these Terms & Conditions
• Failure to complete KYC verification or submission of fraudulent documents
• Suspicious betting patterns or suspected fraudulent activity
• Account inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months)
• Request Self-Exclusion

Users may also request account closure at any time by emailing support@99db.ws. All valid balances will be returned prior to closure; however, any active bonuses will be forfeited.

• Transaction delays caused by third-party payment providers.

• Service interruptions due to force majeure events (natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.).

In all cases, 99db's maximum liability shall be limited to the amount of the balance in the relevant user's account.
